Job Duties & Responsibilities: Under the supervision of the Executive Director of Maintenance and Operations, this position oversees/coordinates the routine maintenance repair, preventive maintenance, and special projects of the school district facilities including all landscaping hard surface areas, turf areas, athletic fields, and planting materials, and custodial tasks. This position represents the District in meetings with contracted consultants and prepares estimates, bids, plans, and contract documents to coordinate projects and comply with District standards.
