EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: -Detailed knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder, Applied Behavior Analysis, techniques, and behavioral supports for students with autism and other behavioral challenges. -Minimum 2 years of experience working with students with autism, writing Behavior Intervention Plans, and conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments and Functional Analysis Assessments. -Master's Degree from an accredited college/university (Special Education, Education and/or Psychology preferred) LICENSES AND CERTIFICATES: -Requires a valid CA driver’s license -Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) -Master's Degree from an accredited college/university, (Special Education, Education, Psychology, preferred)
