EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Demonstrated success as an educational leader in prior positions. Understands the unique dynamic of a small school district. Sound knowledge of K-8 curriculum and instruction. Sound knowledge of current technology practices. Understanding of personnel, business, finance, facilities, special education and the legislative process. Experience as a teacher, site and district/central office administrator.
