Established in 1958, St. Timothy School is a Pre-K through 8th Grade Catholic School, where for over 50 years, we have educated generations of children, instilling in them character, compassion and values for life. Seeking a full-time Primary Grade Teacher. Qualified candidates should possess the following:

*a minimum of two years experience teaching in grades K-3  

 *ability to create a classroom environment favorable to learning and personal growth, which motivates students to develop skills, knowledge and a love for learning

*patient with clear and consistent expectations to promote independence and growth

*ability to evaluate student's academic, social, and spiritual growth through formative and summative assessments and hold parent-teacher-student conferences when needed

*flexible and positive team player

*skilled in developing lesson plans following common core & state standards which integrate technology

*practicing catholic preferred

*ability to create a classroom

*ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing

*ability to work well with others and to be a positive team player
