Requirements / Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 1. A Master's degree is required. 2. Possession of a California Administrative or Supervisory credential is required. 3. A minimum of two years successful teaching experience; at least two years of successful administrative or supervisory experience, which would demonstrate utilization of required skills, knowledge and abilities in performing, described duties and responsibilities. 4. Site level administrative experience preferred. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Thorough knowledge of administrative training and staff development principles and techniques. 2. Thorough working knowledge of organization, supervision and management practices; whole school change techniques and principles. 3. Knowledge of curriculum alignment, authentic assessment, learning theory and effective instructional practice. 4. Ability to establish and maintain effective professional working relationships with staff, District personnel and other agencies. 5. Ability to make presentations to various audiences and to facilitate organizational development.
