Principal duties include oversight of a TK - 5th grade small school setting of less then 200 students. Must be able to supervise employees including teaching staff. Must be able to work with parents and the community. Must have experience with student discipline and the development of effective procedures. Must be able to manage multiple task and follow protocols. Must be creative and willing to move the school toward a higher academic achievement status. Must have a passion to work with children.
