Coaching at the high school and/or experience in teaching or instructing cheer; working with high school/club aged athletes and instruction of cheer activities; ability to lead, motivate and assess skills of team members; Monitor the academic performance of team members to ensure that eligibility requirements are met; performs assigned coaching responsibilities, which will include routine preparation, planning, scheduling and general record-keeping
