Requirements / Qualifications
Regular work hours are 9 am to 6 pm, Mondays through Fridays. THIS POSTING IF FOR A TEMPORARY, LIMITED-TERM ASSIGNMENT EXPECTED TO BE FROM 3/23/2020 THROUGH 6/30/2020 (AND MAY EXTEND TO 8/18/2020). PLEASE NOTE THAT ASSIGNMENT MAY END EARLIER, OR START LATER, THAN THESE DATES. Members applying must possess a BA/BS degree and Child Development/ECE Site Supervisor Permit or the equivalent, per Title 22 Section 101215.1(h). IF YOU DO NOT CURRENTLY HOLD A CHILD DEVELOPMENT PERMIT, YOU MUST HAVE A CERTIFICATE OF CLEARANCE ISSUED BY THE CALIFORNIA COMMISSION ON TEACHER CREDENTIALING (CTC). IF YOU HOLD A CERTIFICATE OF CLEARANCE, THE DISTRICT MAY REQUIRE ORIGINAL TRANSCRIPTS OF YOUR BACHELOR'S DEGREE (OR AN ORIGINAL EVALUATION, FROM A CTC-APPROVED PROVIDER, OF YOUR DEGREE IF OBTAINED FROM A UNIVERSITY OUTSIDE THE U.S.).
