Job Summary
The Principal is the instructional and cultural leader of OCASA College Prep. He or she will be responsible for ensuring that the curriculum is successfully implemented in order to maximize student-learning experiences, to facilitate outstanding academic progress for all students at the school, and to inspire the staff to reach for these goals. The Principal will report to the Executive Director and is responsible for the orderly operation of the school and the supervision of all employees in the school. The Principal will be assigned to perform tasks to ensure the school enacts its mission and achieves its stated goals and objectives.
Requirements / Qualifications
Education: Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field. Experience: Three to five years of successful teaching experience including three years of successful experience in a supervisory or leadership role. Credential: Valid California Teaching Credential; Valid California Administrative Services Credential; Valid California Driver’s License.
