Official transcripts showing completion of a minimum of 90 semester units of course work from a regionally-accredited four-year college or university. 4. TB Screening Result (Results should be administered and read within 60 days of application submission.) * *Please note: TB Screening beyond 60 days will be accepted with a document verifying that you are/were working with students within 60 days of your application submission. 5.
