Brief Description of Internship: Under the direction of the assigned mentor, intern will assist in MELS Summer STEM Camps. Work location will be where summer camp is being offered. Help with office work, i.e. (filing, copying and mail). Organize MELS Garage storage room. This internship is a 4 week program, June 8, - July 3,2020. Work shift 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m., Monday - Thursday. (Hours may vary).
Requirements / Qualifications
- If offered a position student must obtain a District Work Permit (if under 18 years of age) OR student will be required to have a fingerprint clearance by the Department of Justice (if 18 years of age or older). - If hired, a TB (Tuberculosis) negative clearance will be required.
Attach the following documentation to your application: - Letter of Introduction/Interest - Letter of Recommendation from previous employer, teacher, counselor OR school administrator. - Resume Application will be considered incomplete if the required documentation is not attached prior to the position closing.
