The primary role of an instructional assistant (IA) is to assist the teacher in all facets of daily classroom management, as they can expect to divide their time between working with students, providing behavioral support, and completing administrative tasks assigned by the teacher.

Requirements / Qualifications
Instructional Aides should have instructional skills, organization, attention to detail, reliability, and communication. Most candidates hold an Associate's Degree in a relevant field. Must be friendly and love to work with students
