Stratford School is looking for Administrative Assistant that will provide administrative support to the President and Director of Educational Services. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for creating and maintaining executive calendars, scheduling, and travel management, answering phones, greeting visitors, handling mail, filing, copying, and binding, among other responsibilities.
The Administrative Assistant will support special projects and provide other administrative support to the Purchasing Administrator, Expansion Team and Business Development team. Other tasks include expense report responsibility, and coordination of schedules with emphasis on prioritization of projects and meetings.
Job Requirements:
• Maintain professional Stratford image in all methods of communication
• Greet visitors, screen calls and answer routine and non-routine questions
• Handles confidential information with discretion and tact
• Sorts and distributes incoming mail
• Schedules monthly leadership meetings and off site training events
• Compile training materials
• Supervise and coordinate administrative training as needed
• Maintains head office supplies and coordinates purchases with Purchasing Administrator
• Order business cards, letter head and other printed materials
• Must be detail oriented and possess the ability to complete projects, which require a quick turnaround time
• Must have excellent communication skills (verbally and written), organizations skills, and have advanced proven skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• The ability to effectively interact and communicate with all levels of employees throughout the organization is required
• Must be skilled in writing and be able to produce professional correspondences, presentations, and reports
Education/Experience/Skills
• Previous reception, office administration and clerical experience required
• Must be polished, highly organized and capable of effective, efficient multi-tasking
• Must have excellent written/oral communication and customer service skills
