SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: 1. Bachelor's Degree 2. Basic Skills (CBEST or equivalent) 3. DOJ/FBI Background Check 4. Tuberculosis Clearance

- Fingerprint Clearance (Do you have fingerprint clearance through the San Luis Obispo County Office of Education? Provide a note as to yes or no. )
- Letter of Introduction
- Letter(s) of Recommendation (Three (3) letters of recommendation. Cannot be more than 3 years old.)
- Other (Emergency 30-Day Sub Permit)
- Resume
- TB Screening Result (TB clearances are good for 4 years)
- Test Results/Materials (Results from CBEST, CSET, RICA, MSAT, etc., if applicable)
