Requirements / Qualifications
If you are a current PCOE employee, the only required document is an Application for Transfer or Promotion form. This form may be found on SharePoint. Or, you may request a form by emailing Annmarie Gillam at agillam@placercoe.k12.ca.us. External Applicants Application packets must contain the following to be considered complete: EDJOIN Application Cover Letter Resume Three Letters of Recommendation with wet ink signatures and dated within the last 24 months Must have one of the following: Proof of, or ability to obtain, a valid California Designated Subjects Career Technical Education Teaching Credential in the industry sector of Information and Communication Technology or, A Clear Single Subject Credential in Business or, A Clear Single Subject Credential in Industrial and Technology Education, and Authorization to teach English Language Learners or the ability to obtain an emergency permit or waiver Proof of CBEST or must pass PCOE proficiency test prior to employment Copy of transcripts Additional Salary Information: MA/MA: $1,500 Annual Applicants may be tested.
