Requirements / Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent. Must complete/pass Lead Custodian I assessment. Must have the ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions; knowledge of basic methods, materials and equipment used in custodial work; knowledge of tools and equipment needed and be familiar with various chemicals used. Perform related work as required. Simple record keeping; safe working methods and procedures. Two (2) years of responsible experience in skilled custodial work, including some experience in a lead or supervisory capacity. See job description for further specifics.
