Under the guidance and direction of the Executive Director, supports the Quality Assurance Office assists in the resolution of complaints. Examine and conduct complex and highly sensitive administrative investigations regarding alleged employee misconduct and allegations related to student safety including violence against children, bullying/harassment, and egregious acts involving district staff

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Any combination equivalent to a degree in criminal justice, paralegal studies, human resources, business administration, or related field and four years of progressively responsible experience. Experience conducting personnel investigations that demonstrates professional-level knowledge of practices, methods, and techniques. Prior experience in government or public agency is preferred.
LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Possession of a valid California driver’s license and availability of private transportation (mileage expense allowance provided).
