Job Summary

The Tier 3 Support Paraprofessional is responsible for working with teachers and students to help facilitate positive student behavior and learning in the classroom. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with peers, teachers, and students, uphold Navigator school culture at all times, and create opportunities for all students to learn, regardless of di?fferences. The individual activities and duties of this position may vary depending on grade level, teacher methods, subject area, project goals, and physical demands of students as well as the achievement levels, capabilities, and behavioral needs of students. The Tier 3 Para may be assigned to support one individual or several individuals. The Tier 3 Para will be provided with additional support and training provided through Navigator Schools.
