      The Resource Librarian Assistant works under limited direction of the Director of Curriculum and Guidance, aids in the day-to-day organization of curriculum and materials, creates and engages in positive experiences with students, parent/families, has a love a reading and provides general support to the Resource Librarian. The Resource Librarian Assistant is self motivated with strong communication, organizational, multitasking and collaborative skills, with intermediate computer/tech skill. The incumbent is expected to remain calm under pressure, work cooperatively with team members and others to provide the highest level of service possible and work in accordance with the Guiding Principles of the organization.
