Typical Qualifications • Learn methods of quantity food preparation and service • Ability to read, write and understand the English language • Obtain a California Food Handler's Card (on-line course not allowed) • Provide a current Tuberculosis Skin test • Provide documents that show proof of identity and eligibility to work in the US
