Job Summary
The Human Resources Credentials Analyst performs a variety of specialized and complex functions involved in the recruitment, selection employment, credentialing, compensation, records management and processing of certificated employees; monitors credentials; serves as a technical resource to employees, administrators, applicants and the public regarding credentialing and human resource functions; participates in the day-to-day functions and activities of the human resources department.
Requirements / Qualifications
Education and Experience - Graduation from a recognized four-year college or university with a major in human resources, business or public administration or closely related field - Minimum of four years of responsible technical experience in a human resources setting, preferably in a school district - Knowledge of California teacher credentialing laws - Any combination of education, experience and training that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
