Required qualifications: Candidate must possess an understanding of the IB Diploma program, including program requirements, student course programming and program components in relation to college admission. The ability to read, write, and speak Spanish is preferred.

EDUCATION: Possession of a valid California Pupil Personnel Services School Counseling Credential. Will consider applicants currently enrolled in an approved credential program at an accredited college or university and eligible for an internship credential. ASSIGNMENT: Ellen Ochoa Prep Academy 2020-2021 School Year, 10 month position, 194 work days.

El Rancho Unified School District may allow a maximum of 12 years out-of-district experience towards placement on the salary schedule.

The District provides a variety of educational programs suitable to the needs of a Multi-ethnic and varied Socio-economic community including a large Hispanic enrollment of ninety percent.
