Requirements / Qualifications

Specialized Therapy Services is in need of a full time Administrative Assistant with a minimum of 2 years office experience and a medical billing background. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY: Provide administrative support in the office. Duties include: Provide clinic information over the phone and in person to parents and clients. Answer phone calls, listen to voicemails and deliver messages to appropriate staff member. Add and track student/client appointments. Weekly office inventory checks. Manage Social media accounts: Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Yelp, NextDoor Send out weekly appointment reminder emails Collect insurance and private pay payments. Schedule room assignments for therapy appointments. Format, write, and publish monthly in-office newsletter. QUALIFICATIONS: Experience managing business social media accounts. Minimum of 2 year working in front- office administrative setting. Experience scheduling and medical billing a plus! Valid CPR certification. Ability to pass background/fingerprint clearance, health screenings and provide/obtain immunizations (TB) valid within the last year. Bilingual a plus!!
