An IT Support Specialist provides general technology support to both staff and families enrolled in our school.
The ITSS is responsible for providing direct technical support to end-users via email, phone, helpdesk as well as in person (office staff).
IT Support Specialists must have thorough knowledge of common computer software, computer hardware, network printers and network configurations common to homes and small businesses.
Candidates should be comfortable managing many daily tasks and exhibit attention to detail.
Candidates should enjoy working with technology, offer friendly customer support and work well in a team-oriented environment.
Interviews will be held Wednesday, June 5, 2019.
