This position is responsible for providing support to the Site Director in their efforts to provide a safe, healthy, and supportive environment for students during the afterschool hours at their assigned site.

Educational Requirements: • A high school diploma or equivalent, and • Meet NCLB Paraprofessional certification requirements Experience Requirements: • Successful completion of 6 months as a Program Leader I with ProYouth; or • Work of similar nature and length with another expanded learning program or a school district
- NCLB Compliance (Please submit verification of one of the following: 48 or more completed college units or verification of an A.A./A.S. degree (or higher) or proof of passage of the Instructional Aide Assessment (NCLB) exam )

Must be at least 18 years of age • Department of Justice/FBI LiveScan clearance • Must receive TB clearance • Must possess a valid California Driver License • Must provide proof of auto insurance coverage • Must be able to travel between sites including the transportation of supplies • Must be willing to work on weekends when staff development or other activities are scheduled
