Job Summary

DEFINITION: Under general supervision, performs a variety of semi skilled and skilled maintenance and repair work; and performs related work as required. LICENSE REQUIRED Possession of a valid and appropriate California driver's license. Ability to get back flow license within six (6) months of date of hire, if needed. CLASS CHARACTERISTICS: Incumbents in this class are expected to have gained sufficient knowledge and skill in the assigned area to perform semi skilled and skilled tasks independently. Task assignments are less difficult and more routine than those normally assigned to the specialized maintenance trade’s classes.
