Inspire Charter Schools is hiring invoicing & support specialists, who will help process and reconcile invoices with school orders and assist our vendors with invoicing, payment, and vendor onboarding inquiries.
As an invoicing & support specialist, you will access the school’s internal ordering system to process and reconcile invoices for products and services we have purchased for our students. Additionally, you will assist vendors with invoicing questions, payment inquiries, and general vendor onboarding questions.
Successful candidates will possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication, and computer skills. Candidate must be able to problem solve and provide exceptional customer service.

This position is a temporary, 90-day contract with considerable potential for a full-time contract. It is a year-round postion located in our Poway office (not remote).
Salary: $15.00 to $17.00/hour
