QUALIFICATIONS: • A.A. degree, or training and experience determined to meet equivalency • Minimum of five years of increasingly responsible secretarial experience to a key administrator • Experience working in a public school district desirable; • Computer literacy and ability to use current word processing tools such as MS Suite and GoogleDocs required. RESPONSIBILITIES Provide a wide variety of administrative support duties to an Assistant Superintendent. Responsibilities will include a broad range of secretarial and administrative functions commensurate with the designated administrator’s role. Perform complex tasks and assume responsibilities using initiative, problem-solving skills and independent judgment, including the interpretation and application of established District policies and procedures; and to perform related duties as required. Demands of the position require flexibility and the ability to work overtime as required.
