REALMS, located in Ridgecrest, CA, is seeking a dynamic instructional leader who will bring joy and rigor to our small, TK - 6 campus. REALMS is a warm and supportive school community serving about 175 students with a mission to prepare students for middle school, high school, and beyond. We believe that every child deserves to have a rich education that includes the arts, science, and language instruction. Our next Principal will be an experienced instructional leader who can lead teacher teams to create the best learning environment possible for our students, as well as a strong communicator with families and the community.
