Educational Requirements: • A high school diploma or equivalent, and • Meet NCLB Paraprofessional certification requirements Experience Requirements: • Successful completion of 6 months as a Program Leader I with ProYouth; or • Work of similar nature and length with another expanded learning program or a school district Additional Requirements: • Be 18 years of age or older • Provide proof of valid California Driver License • Provide proof of auto insurance coverage • Passage of pre-employment drug & alcohol screening • Receive TB Clearance
- NCLB Compliance (Please submit verification of one of the following: 48 or more completed college units or verification of an A.A./A.S. degree (or higher) or proof of passage of the Instructional Aide Assessment (NCLB) exam )
