Job Summary
DEFINITION Provides an educational program for preschool age students in a home environment; works on a one-to-one base with the primary care giver of the child, following state and federal standards, and social service licensing requirements, under the supervision of the Director of Head Start Child Development Director; and performs other related work as required.
Requirements / Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree : Early Childhood Education, Child Development or related field. Current Resume Two letters of recommendation (within the last 2 years) California Child Development Teacher Permit (CCDP) Current Pediatric First Aid and CPR Certificate. Meet Head Start Federal Performance Standards in all service areas.
Desired Qualifications: • Bilingual ability (Spanish\English). • Computer literate All required documents must be submitted with the application to be considered.
