Qualified applicants who are currently employed by the District will receive first consideration. ** Offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of a physical examination which includes drug and alcohol screening. All new employees must provide evidence of eligibility to work in the United States and TB test, and all new employees will be fingerprinted for clearance through the Department of Justice. ** Employees assigned to 20 hours per week or more are required to become members of Public Employees' Retirement System; the Escondido Union High School District has an Organizational Security Agreement in place with California School Employees' Association, which requires all new regular employees to join the association or pay service fees.
