- A California Administrative Services Credential - A Master’s degree from an accredited university - Successful teaching and administrative experience. District office experience preferred - Knowledge of curriculum, instruction and assessment - Knowledge of Human Resources laws, practices, policies and procedures, including work in labor relations - Knowledge of students with special needs and applicable laws, policies and procedures - Knowledge of school finance, facilities and maintenance
