REQUIRED DOCUMENTS: • Proof of High School Gradulation: Diploma or Equivalent (transcripts in lieu of certification/diploma ok) • Letters of Recommendation: Three letters, must be signed by hand and dated within one year • Test Results: Test results are valid for 24 months.
