Copy of CBEST Results Copy of Transcripts with BS/BA Posted Copy of Credential (3) Three current letters of recommendation Valid TB test (within last 60 days) Valid CPR and First Aid cards (HLPUSD will only accept CPR & First Aid cards from the American Red Cross, American Heart Association, American Safety & Health Institute, American CPR Training, CPR & More, and EMS Safety). All First Aid and CPR certification must include hands-on training. CIF Certificate - Fundamentals of Coaching Completion of Concussion in Sports Certification Completion of Sudden Cardiac Arrest course: www.nfhslearn.com
Single Subject Credential in Physical Education with English learner authorization. Desirable: • Previous successful teaching experience • Ability to work effectively in a multi-ethnic community • Bilingual ability
