POSITION DESCRIPTION: The job of Instructional Assistant, State Preschool, Level III is done for the purpose(s) of assisting in the supervision and instruction of preschool aged children (2-5+) ; performing classroom clerical tasks; assisting children in meeting health and nutrition needs, developing daily living skills and developing children’s cognitive, physical and emotional skills. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Job related experience is desired REQUIRED EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent is required and completion of 12 semester units of ECE/CD coursework from a regionally accredited college/university. **Bilingual (Spanish) ability preferred**
