Valid California School Nurse Services Credential (If not held, will need to apply upon hire with the assistance of our Human Resources Department) Current California BRN License Current CPR Audiometrist Certificate (If not held, will need to have obtained by the start of the second school year of employment with the district) Attach letter of introduction Attach resume Attach copy of credential Attach CPR Attach Audiometrist Certificate Attach transcripts

Employment with the Oceanside Unified School District is contingent upon successfully passing a pre-employment physical examination, including drug testing and fingerprint clearance. OUSD will provide needed forms to complete these requirements.
