Oxford Day Academy has been recognized nationally as one of the most innovative new models for education. Located in the heart of Silicon Valley, we are committed to ensuring that historically disadvantaged students are given the same opportunities as their peers in high-income households. As we continue to strengthen and expand our programming, we are seeking talented, professionals to contribute to the development and implementation of our English Department and course offerings.
As an English teacher at an innovative new school, you will collaborate with the administrative leadership to strengthen and maintain the curricular and operational components of ODA’s model, including creating a strong culture of achievement that will serve as a foundation for students’ enduring academic and professional success.
This position officially begins in August 2022 for the 2022-23 school year; with onboarding PD in the beginning of August, so that teachers feel prepared to implement the ODA instructional model/method at the start of the school year.
