A Master's degree in family social work, sociology, a health care profession, communications, or a related discipline and three years of progressive experience in community-based program management or advocacy concentrating in health and human services. Alternatively, the position may accept a Bachelor's degree in the same discipline and six years of direct experience. Desired bi-literate/bilingual English/Spanish.
