Applicant must have graduated from a four-year accredited college or university with a degree having primary emphasis in mathematics, research design, system analysis, planning, business management or related area. Completion of a certificate program in educational facilities planning and/or relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of degree. Minimum of three years of progressively responsible experience directly related to educational facility planning activities, preferably in a supervisory or administrative capacity.
