Bright Futures Academy is a non-public school providing instruction and behavioral services to student with special needs. The HR position is responsible for generalist duties including recruitment and onboarding, processing new hires, employee relations, attendance tracking, handling disciplinary and performance issues, leaves of absence, compliance with policies and procedures, and workers’ compensation.
