- Credential Copy (Proof of valid, current, and appropriate California specialist credential and speech and language license as a PDF print out from CTC (copy should reflect dates of issuance and expiration))
- English Learner Authorization (If not embedded in credential, provide a copy of CLAD, CTEL or equivalent)
- Letter of Introduction
- Letter(s) of Recommendation (Three (3) current, professional letters of recommendation)
- Resume
