  2. Must pass bilingual Spanish proficiency test (Must be from Central Unified School District)
  3. ATTACH - Copy of official DMV Printout Required– Must be no older than 90 days and must show *END* on the report.
  4. Must be “Highly Qualified” (NCLB Compliant). The law defines “Highly Qualified” as having a high school diploma or equivalent, AND one of the following (ATTACH one of the following):
    • 2 years of study equal to 48 units (unofficial transcripts, or
    • AA Degree or higher, or
    • Ability to pass the Instructional Aide Proficiency Test (see below for test information).
    • Ability to pass the Spanish Exam (oral and written)
  • **NOTE: CELL PHONE PHOTO COPIES OF DOCUMENTS ARE NOT ACCEPTED**

    Instructional Aide Proficiency Test and Spanish:

    1. Must pass the Instructional Aide Proficiency Exam with a minimum score of 70% on each section. Must pass the Spanish Exam (Oral Pass and Written 70%)
    2. Pre-registration is required at Central Unified Human Resources office Room 9, 5652 W. Gettysburg Fresno, CA 93722. Tests are $10.00. cash only and exact change please. The next testing date is Monday, August 27, 2018 @ 5:30 p.m. at Central Learning Adult School Site. Please allow up to 3 hours for this test. Candidates must register no later than 3:00 pm the day prior to testing.
    3. Please be aware that Central Unified School District may not have a testing date within the job posting period.
    4. Please attach one of the following if you do not need to take the test. A copy of your transcripts, degree, or your NCLB certificate. Or the date you tested with Central Unified.

    • All classified applications must be submitted using Edjoin, no walk-ins, faxes or mailed applications allowed.
