GENERAL INFORMATION: The IT Infrastructure Analyst will be responsible for the effective installation/configuration, operation and maintenance of server and network system hardware, software and related infrastructure on multiple platforms, primarily Microsoft Windows systems and Juniper network devices. Additional duties include daily system monitoring verifying the integrity and availability of IT Infrastructure hardware/resources, connectivity, key system processes, backup processes, hardware/software compatibility issues, review of system/application logs, review of infrastructure and user systems security and network connectivity. In addition, candidate may be responsible for applying required system patches, mitigation of potential IT Infrastructure vulnerabilities, participation in advanced technical support for assigned hardware/systems, and provide technical support and guidance to other technology staff.
