ASSEMBLY BILL 2534 (AB-2534) REQUIREMENT Effective January 1, 2025, per Section 44939.5 of the Education Code: (c) (1) A person applying for a certificated position at a school district, county office of education, charter school, or state special school shall provide that prospective employer with a complete list of every school district, county office of education, charter school, and state special school that the applicant has previously been an employee of. To request information about applicants previously employed by CUSD in compliance with AB-2534, please email the Human Resources Department at AB2534verification@cusdk12.org.

*Valid CA Credential authorizing service in area of assignment. *Letter of Introduction/Interest *Résumé *Three Letters of Reference (no more than 3 years old) *Transcripts *CBEST Interested teachers employed by the Calexico Unified School District must apply via Edjoin, and must attach a copy of the required credential.
