The SYVCS Board seeks an Executive Director who will be an active member of the SYVCS school community, with strong interpersonal and leadership skills, and who can direct all aspects of the school in a collaborative manner. This professional must be a leader who has the ability to establish an atmosphere of integrity and respect and will be a strong advocate for the founding mission and vision of the school.
California Administrative Credential required
Advanced degree in Educational Leadership/Administration desired
Administrative experience at K-8 level desired
Experience in a Charter School desired
Salary/Benefits
The school intends to offer a multi-year contract with 215 day work year, $13,000 toward health benefits, STRS retirement contributions, and a base salary of $102,000 - 117,000 depending on experience.
