GUSD is seeking dynamic instructional leaders who: • Are fluent in Italian speaking, reading and writing • Exhibit strong pedagogical skills • Have an understanding of culture and history of Italian-speakers • Have breadth of experience in educational technology • Exhibit instruction with a 21st Century perspective • Partners with parents and community members in student learning GUSD requires applicants hold a valid California Single Subjects Teaching Credential and must hold a BCLAD-Italian or similar authorization for instruction to English Learners. Please submit the following: • Letter of Introduction • Resume • Credential copy (valid California Single Subjects Teaching Credential, BCLAD-Italian or similar English Learner Authorization) • Three letters of recommendation (preferably within the last 6 months and from at least one direct supervisor) • Transcripts, unofficial OK for applying (copies of all college coursework credits) All required documents must be attached as part of your EDJOIN application. We do not accept any faxed, emailed, or mailed documents. Prior to employment, a candidate must submit evidence of freedom from tuberculosis.
