Summer School Teachers
(Openings based upon enrollment)
High School Program: Algebra 1, Geometry, Language Arts, Geography, World History, U.S. History, Integrated Science, Biology, P.E., 12th Grade Academic Combination of Language Arts and Government/Economics, and SDC (9-12).
FOCUS: Summer School will provide for prescribed correctives and retake classes in core curriculum areas, including instruction and remediation to SDC students currently enrolled in the Special Education program
CREDENTIAL STANDARDS: Valid California Credential in appropriate subject area
DESCRIPTION OF PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Medical Category I:
1. Position requires normal physical strength and endurance for standing, sitting, bending, or walking.
2. Work assignments are normally located in a work environment with light physical work and requires light physical effort.
3. Lifting 25 pounds maximum or carrying any object weighing over 15 pounds.
