The school has been in operation since 2008 and has built a strong brand and ethos around high quality childhood education. We are seeking an organized, flexible, and friendly individual with a strong desire to contribute to the success of the school community.
Responsibilities:
-Provide excellent customer service to students, families, and staff
-Respond to customer requests within 24 hours by telephone or e-mail
-Check voicemails throughout day
-Schedule and help organize activities such as parent tours, school events, etc.
-Handle parent questions and concerns
-Assist and attend school functions
-Manage student enrollments, withdrawals, and waitlists. Communicate withdrawal information to directors.
-Calculate prorated tuition (using a form)
-Perform desktop publishing such as weekly school newsletter, flyer, etc.
-Data entry of student information
-Maintain student, staff, and office files
-Manage email and proofread/edit outgoing correspondence
-Track teacher attendance and substitute hours
-Track student attendance (phone calls, email, teacher verification)
-Track staff absences and arrange for substitute teachers
-Print and maintain logs (i.e. sign-in sheet) for staff and students
-Maintain office supplies and coordinate purchase of more supplies
-Upload and manage photos and other classroom media with online services (ex: Google Photos)
-Assist Director in management of his/her schedule
-Working directly with children in the classroom as needed
