Verification of Basic Skills Requirement (e.g. CBEST, ACT, PRAXIS, SAT, etc.) 5. TB Screening Result (Results should be administered and read within 60 days of application submission.)* *Please note: TB Screening beyond 60 days will be accepted with a document verifying that you are/were working with students within 60 days of your application submission.
